About the company
Oryx Properties is a Namibian property loan stock company established in 2001 and listed on the NSX in 2002. Investors hold linked units, and the company distributes the bulk of its rental income to unitholders. Oryx owns a diversified portfolio of directly held properties, almost entirely in Namibia, spanning retail, industrial, office and residential assets. Retail is the largest component of the portfolio by value. The company also holds a strategic minority stake in TPF International, which owns a property portfolio in Croatia, providing a measure of offshore diversification. The GIPF is the company's largest unitholder.
